Tuition
The total cost of The Intentional Group CNA Training Program is $1,800, including a non-refundable $300 deposit due at registration. A payment plan is available for students who prefer to pay in installments. Financial assistance may also be available through community partnerships.

Payment Plan
Our CNA training program offers a tuition fee of $1,800, which can be paid either in full or through a convenient payment plan.
For students choosing the payment plan:

An initial deposit is required at the time of registration.

Subsequent payments are due in weekly installments: $375 is due in Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, and Week 4.

All payments should be submitted by 5:00 PM on Mondays.
Our payment plan is designed to make tuition manageable while keeping your focus on completing the program and starting your career as a CNA.
Financial Assistance
At The Intentional Group, we want to make our CNA programs accessible to everyone. We offer multiple financial aid options to help cover tuition and living expenses while you focus on your training. Please keep in mind that each application process can take up to 8 weeks, so plan ahead when applying.
1. Tuition Assistance:
Students may qualify for financial support to cover all or part of their tuition. We partner with Futuro Health to provide funding opportunities.
How to Apply with Futuro Health:

Create a student account and complete the online eligibility questionnaire.

Gather required documents, which may include:

Proof of enrollment at The Intentional Group

Identification (driver’s license or ID card)

Income verification (if required)

Submit your application and required documents through their portal.

Wait for confirmation of approval from Futuro Health.

Once approved, notify The Intentional Group so we can apply the funds toward your tuition or payment plan.
2. Rental & Living Support:
For eligible students, rental reimbursements and living support may be available through the Greater Sacramento Urban League (GSUL):

Visit GSUL in person to apply for rental assistance. The Career One Stop on the first floor will guide you through the application process.

Assistance may include $1,200–$1,600 in rental reimbursements, $400 upon course completion, and $200 after employment.
3. Flexible Payment Plans:
Our secure payment portal allows you to pay your deposit, full tuition, or installment payments, giving you flexibility to manage tuition in a way that works best for you.

Refunds
If a student decides to withdraw from the Nurse Aide Training Program prior to the first day of class, they can do so without incurring any penalties, and their tuition fees will be refunded. However, please note that the non-refundable application fee of $300 cannot be reimbursed.
